A: Belongings are delivered to the apartment beforehand to allow for efficient setup and organization.

A: Most apartments take 3–5 hours, depending on size of apartment and volume of belongings.

A: Yes, we carry professional liability coverage appropriate for senior apartment setup services.

 

Q: How do you handle fragile or valuable items?


A: We handle all belongings with care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items of extraordinary value. Please set aside fragile or high-value items.
